Want the whole space to yourself? Enjoy 3 hours of private playtime in addition to the benefits of the standard birthday party for those who may have more than 10 guests. (dates/times vary).

Playcenter Rules

  1. Supervision Required: Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times to ensure safety.

  2. Age Restrictions: Only children aged 6 months - 6 years are allowed in specific play areas.

  3. Clean Hands: Children should wash or sanitize their hands before playing to maintain hygiene. There are several hand sanitizer stations located within the playcenter.

  4. Food & Drinks: To keep the play area clean and safe, food and drinks are not allowed past the entrance gate. The front area is a designated space for food and drinks.

  5. Appropriate Attire: Grip socks are required for children. They can be any type and do not have to be purchased from us. We have grip socks available for purchase. Adults are required to have regular socks. Consider removing jewelry for safety.

  6. Respect Personal Space: Encourage children to be mindful of others and avoid pushing or rough play. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your child is behaving in a manner that is dangerous and/or negatively affects other guests.

  7. Use Equipment Safely: Children must use the play equipment as intended, such as sliding down slides feet first down the slide.

  8. Take Turns: Encourage sharing and waiting turns for popular equipment.

  9. Report Problems: If any equipment seems unsafe or if a child is injured, notify staff immediately.

  10. Stay in Boundaries: Children should remain within the designated play areas and not wander outside.
